A leading healthcare company located in Nuevo Laredo, Mexico, seeks a Maintenance Planner to oversee and manage the maintenance job plan for process equipment. The role demands expertise in creating preventive maintenance schedules, analyzing performance data, and collaborating effectively with various teams to ensure operational efficiency. Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of industrial maintenance experience, strong communication skills, and a relevant educational background. Opportunities to innovate processes and improve maintenance costs are integral to this position.
Responsible for developing and managing NLDC Maintenance Job Plan, leading and coordinating maintenance and calibration schedules for the process equipment and facility, including planning preventive maintenance tasks (PMs), corrective maintenance (repairs), prioritizing work orders and ensuring efficient use of resources to minimize downtime, overall equipment efficiency (OEE) and maintaining/reporting key performance indicators (KPI). All of this, working closely with maintenance technicians and supervisors to coordinate maintenance activities across a facility.
Understanding of industrial machinery, mechanical systems, electrical systems, and maintenance practices.
Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions about maintenance strategies.
Proficiency in creating and managing complex maintenance schedules.
Effective communication with technicians, supervisors, and other departments to ensure smooth coordination.
Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) software to manage work orders and track maintenance data.
