A leading telecommunications firm is seeking final-year university students for an entry-level Support Engineer role. This opportunity allows you to manage customer service requests and support product and network data. We're looking for proactive problem-solvers with a strong understanding of networking and a passion for learning. • Investigate and analyze product and network issues.
• Assist in planning software implementations in customer environments.
