Lead the end‑to‑end design and delivery of enterprise‑grade, data‑driven SaaS solutions across software, data, and infrastructure layers. Set technical direction, raise engineering quality, and ship secure, scalable distributed systems in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design and delivery of enterprise‑grade, data‑driven SaaS solutions across software, data, and infrastructure layers.
• Set technical direction, raise engineering quality, and ship secure, scalable distributed systems in a regulated environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in technical decision‑making while contributing to both backend and frontend development.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in backend or fullstack development (Go, Python, React — knowledge of at least two).
• 3+ years working with AWS or another major cloud provider.
• 3+ years building microservices and distributed systems.
• 3+ years with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD workflows.
• 3+ years designing and consuming REST APIs and data processing workflows.
• 3+ years working on SaaS platforms or enterprise-grade systems.
• Hands-on experience with data science tools (NumPy, SciPy, Jupyter).
• Advanced English level (written and spoken).
• Availability to collaborate with teams in Eastern Time (ET).

Nice to Have

• Experience in regulated industries (finance, healthcare, public sector).
• Experience with observability (logs/metrics/tracing), security standards, and compliance workflows.
• Knowledge of security best practices and compliance considerations.
