• 7 to 10 years of experience in automotive companies in the IT/Infrastructure Systems area.
• Experience in the operation and maintenance of large and medium-scale manufacturing ERP systems.
• CCNP and PMP certification (nice to have).

Job Objective

Ensure the efficient progress of the entire information systems lifecycle, from requirements definition (tickets), user support, to online operation and maintenance, responsible for troubleshooting infrastructure issues and achieving a deep integration of technology and business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Systems or related field (study certificate).
• 7 to 10 years of experience in automotive companies in the IT/Infrastructure Systems area.
• Proficiency in API software (SOAP UI, Postman, etc.), building infrastructure and managing IT projects.
• Experience in the operation and maintenance of large and medium-scale manufacturing ERP systems (modules).
• Experience in the implementation and management of IT systems for the automotive parts manufacturing industry.
• Experience in SQL development.
• Intermediate – Advanced English (B2 – C1 Level).
• CCNP and PMP certification (nice to have).

Main Responsibilities

• Responsible for the implementation, configuration, and daily maintenance of servers, network devices, storage systems (SAN, NAS), and operating systems (Windows Server, Linux, Unix), command-line tools, and remote management tools (such as SSH, VNC).
• Installation, monitoring, backup, and performance optimization of application middleware (Tomcat, Nginx, WebLogic) and databases (MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server).
• Troubleshoot issues such as connection timeouts, crashes, and data consistency, and master high-availability solutions such as master-slave replication and cluster deployment.
• Address unforeseen issues after project launch, including failure response, backups and recovery, integration and functional testing, to propose reasonable recommendations.
• Management of operations and maintenance automation tools (such as Ansible, Puppet) and monitoring tools (such as Zabbix, Prometheus) with the ability to perform batch operations, log analysis, and alarm automation by creating scripts (Python, Shell) to improve operational and maintenance efficiency.
• Building and implementing virtual machine virtualization platforms (ESXi, Horizon), process digitization, data integration, and efficiency improvement by transforming requirements into executable system development plans.
• Controlling costs, schedules, and quality of operating system development projects and participating in activities of various departments within the company.
• Reporting to executives and managers in the UK and India in English.
