Formación

We're Hiring : E-Commerce Direct & Indirect Manager Location : Mexico City Join us in shaping a smoke-free future.

As E-Commerce Manager, you'll own the strategy, execution, and performance of our direct channels, loyalty/apps and indirect channels (e-retailers, marketplaces, digital partners), driving sustainable growth, conversion, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end D2C strategy: CRO, UX / UI, SEO, funnel optimization, personalization, and A/B testing.
  • Manage strategic partnerships with e-retailers: JBPs, premium placements, full-funnel activations, loyalty integrations, and performance measurement.
  • Ensure catalog and content excellence across all channels.
  • Activate intelligent audiences using advanced analytics and third-party data integration into PMI's DMP / CDP.
  • Drive omnichannel synergy between digital and physical retail.
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams and agencies; align with global hubs, brand, product, and digital marketing.
  • Identify and scale innovative commerce formats and technologies.
KPIs :
  • D2C : Conversion rate, AOV, SEO ranking, UX scores, retention & engagement, funnel KPIs.
  • Indirect : Sales & market share, ROI of on-platform media, CRM‑driven engagement, premium placements, audience growth, ROAS, CAC, CPR, LTV.
  • Data milestones : Activation of partner audiences into DMP / CDP and uplift in campaign effectiveness.
Who We're Looking For

  • Experience in digital partnerships and key account management.
  • Strong performance marketing and audience segmentation background.
  • Advanced English.
