What You'll Do
- Assist customers via phone, email, and chat independently.
- Resolve customer queries and issues in a proactive and friendly manner.
- Provide detailed information about our products, orders, and shipping processes.
- Guide customers through the purchasing and return processes.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction for various apparel brands.
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service is beneficial.
- Familiarity with online shopping and e-commerce practices.
- Ability to work independently and handle tasks efficiently.
- Punctuality and reliability in showing up to work on time.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; college education is a plus.
- Proficient in computer usage and Microsoft Office applications.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.

- Mon - Fri: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Mon - Fri: 8:30 AM - 6:30 PM
- Mon - Fri: 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- Mon - Fri: 9:30 AM - 7:30 PM
