What You'll Do
  • Assist customers via phone, email, and chat independently.
  • Resolve customer queries and issues in a proactive and friendly manner.
  • Provide detailed information about our products, orders, and shipping processes.
  • Guide customers through the purchasing and return processes.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction for various apparel brands.
What We're Looking For
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with online shopping and e-commerce practices.
  • Ability to work independently and handle tasks efficiently.
  • Punctuality and reliability in showing up to work on time.
Requirements
