  • Develop sales reps by providing a variety of experiences, monitoring progress and coaching/mentoring as appropriate.
  • Identify, recruit, and select top talent internally and externally for leadership roles.
  • Provide input to the organization to develop a strategic plan that defines the inputs (e.g. brands, people, resources) and strengths that can be leveraged to capture opportunities while reducing threats and weaknesses.

Minimum Requirements

• At least two years of previous pharma experience in sales and in other cross‑functional areas.
• Interest in developing professional career in commercial & marketing leadership roles, mid‑term.
• Strong leadership and analytical skills
• Able to effectively lead teams during times of change.
• Business Level English
• Bachelor’s degree
• MBA or other related graduate‑level degree desirable
• Monthly traveling availability (+-8 days a Quarter)

Work location: Ciudad de México / Edo. México

Expected traveling: 35% Villahermosa, Veracruz.
