A leading global healthcare company is seeking a Director to join their Launch Excellence team. This position focuses on developing implementation plans for successful launches and enhancing the launch excellence framework. Candidates must have over 10 years of experience in the pharmaceuticals sector with a strong understanding of the U.S. market. The role offers an opportunity to lead cross-functional teams and develop innovative strategies tailored for rapid and specialized launches, while being based in Mexico with hybrid options.

Formación

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in pharmaceuticals, including brand/marketing strategy and commercialization.
• U.S. market experience and understanding of the U.S. healthcare system.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional project teams in a matrix environment.
• Strong analytical, financial, and project management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support the enhancement of launch excellence framework.
• Develop a pre-launch readiness scorecard.
• Partner with product strategy leads to establish account planning standards.
• Co-lead the launch excellence knowledge sharing hub.
