Una empresa de medios de comunicación líder busca un Director de Licencias de Contenido. La persona seleccionada será responsable de liderar y supervisar las ventas de licencias en América Latina, gestionar relaciones clave, y negociar acuerdos complejos. Se requiere más de 10 años de experiencia en licencias de contenido y un fuerte conocimiento del mercado latinoamericano. Se valoran habilidades en inglés y español, así como una excelente capacidad para desarrollar relaciones con clientes de alto nivel.

Lead and oversee all content licensing sales efforts across Latin America, including long-term output / volume agreements and ad-hoc deals.
Manage and grow strategic relationships with key clients and partners in the region.
Negotiate and close complex licensing agreements across multiple platforms to maximize content value and revenue.
Supervise deal execution and lifecycle, coordinating with Legal, Operations, and Finance.
Collaborate closely with internal teams—Programming, Strategy, and Marketing—to align priorities and ensure successful deal delivery.
Monitor market trends, client needs, and competitive activity to identify new business opportunities.
Represent the company at industry trade events, international markets, and client meetings throughout Latin America.
Provide strategic input to the SVP of Content Licensing and contribute to regional forecasting, budget planning, and reporting.
Oversee and guide a team of two regional sales coordinators who manage daily client interactions.
10+ years of experience in content licensing, media distribution, or international sales within the Latin American market.
Strong track record of negotiating and closing complex, multi-platform content deals (output, volume, etc.).
Deep understanding of the Latin American media landscape, including key broadcasters, pay‑TV operators, and digital platforms.
Proven ability to develop and maintain senior‑level client relationships across diverse markets.
Excellent commercial, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written); Portuguese is a plus.
Strong project management and organizational abilities, with attention to detail and execution.
Willingness and ability to travel internationally for business and industry events.
Experience working cross‑functionally with legal, operations, programming, and finance teams.
Bachelor's degree in business, media, communications, or related field; Master's degree is a plus.
Passion for Spanish-language content and entertainment.
Prior experience managing output / volume deals for scripted content such as telenovelas, series, or films.
Established relationships with top-tier media clients and buyers in Latin America.
Experience representing companies at international content markets (e.g., MIPCOM, LA Screenings, Content Americas, etc.).
Familiarity with evolving digital business models (AVOD, SVOD, FAST, TVOD) and their licensing frameworks.
Comfort working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with shifting priorities.
