The role involves managing asset trackers, validating alliance IDs, and partnering with internal teams for creative asset traffic. Digital Marketing Activation Specialist

Job Summary

The Digital Marketing Activation Specialist ensures digital campaigns are operationally sound and efficiently deployed. This is an ideal role for someone looking to build a strong foundation in digital marketing execution, campaign orchestration, alliance & campaign operations.

Responsibilities
  • Manage asset trackers and campaign deliverables.
  • Obtain and validate alliance IDs for funded campaigns.
  • Submit campaign activities in BMT (Budget Management Tool).
  • Partner with internal agency and content teams to traffic creative assets.
  • Maintain budget integrity across OpEx, alliance funds, and MDF allocations.
  • Support campaign setup, QA, and status documentation.
  • Partner with Senior Program Managers for reporting inputs and pacing updates.
Education & Experience Recommended
  • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
  • Typically has 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in segment marketing, channel marketing, partner marketing, or a related field or an advanced degree with 3-5 years of work experience.
