The Digital Content Producer is responsible for building, managing, and maintaining digital content across web and mobile experiences. This role ensures quality, consistency, and timely delivery of content while collaborating with product, design, and technology teams. Ideal for candidates experienced with CMS platforms, eCommerce environments, and large-scale marketing sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Champion the digital user experience and ensure quality across all digital touchpoints.
  • Execute content production requests in alignment with Product and Technology priorities.
  • Maintain documentation, workflows, and backlog for content production.
  • Oversee content delivery throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Collaborate closely with design, engineering, and marketing teams.
  • Support operational content updates, product builds, and uptime monitoring.
  • Identify issues, elevate risks, and recommend process improvements.
  • Contribute to go‑to‑market planning for digital experiences.
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in the digital/online industry.
  • Hands‑on experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) for websites or mobile apps. Experience in at least one of the following:
    • eCommerce (product setup, pricing, integrations, troubleshooting).
    • Large marketing sites (calendars, featured content, faceted listings, data feeds).
  • Experience with Agile/Kanban and continuous integration processes.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and project coordination skills.
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to drive ideas into execution.
  • Experience in the travel or tourism industry is a plus.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
