Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Dayforce Consultant specializing in Payroll and Workforce Management (WFM). Responsibilities include delivering expert consulting services for Dayforce implementations, stabilizations, and optimizations, as well as assisting clients with payroll administration, workforce strategies, and benefits integration. The consultant will work closely with organizations to ensure alignment of Dayforce capabilities with business needs, facilitate smooth transitions, troubleshoot and resolve functional challenges, and contribute to delivering dependable Dayforce solutions.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Payroll Services, Payroll Administration, and Payroll Taxes
• Expertise in Dayforce WFM
• Exceptional Communication skills for client collaboration and clear documentation
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues within complex payroll and WFM systems
• Experience with Dayforce implementations, optimizations, or support is required
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to align systems with organizational processes
• Desire to work with the best of the best in terms of Dayforce consultants
