  • Ensure automations run reliably, efficiently, and with complete data accuracy.
  • Document all automations, integrations, and workflows for internal reference.
Systems Integration Management
  • Integrate third‑party tools to ensure seamless data flow across the organization.
  • Build new integrations as systems evolve, ensuring backward compatibility and minimal downtime.
  • Maintain data consistency and correct mapping between platforms.
Workflow Optimization
  • Identify bottlenecks and opportunities to reduce manual work through automation.
  • Recommend and implement improvements in workflow design, system architecture, and data processes.
  • Build error‑handling, logging, and notification mechanisms for proactive issue detection.
Reporting & Data Quality
  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and automated data pipelines to provide real‑time insights.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure 100% accuracy of synced and automated data.
  • Produce monthly automation performance reports and recommendations.
Troubleshooting & Support
  • Serve as the internal subject matter expert for automations and integrations.
  • Diagnose and resolve API failures, integration errors, and data discrepancies.
  • Provide technical support to teams and assist with onboarding new internal tools.

  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
