A prominent logistics company in Monterrey is seeking an Analyst responsible for data analysis, reporting, and collaboration across teams. Candidates should possess strong Python and SQL skills, be bilingual in English and Spanish, and have at least three years of analytics experience. Duties include developing solutions to improve operational metrics and conducting thorough data exploration. A Bachelor's Degree is required, and the position offers a hybrid working environment with competitive benefits.

Environment: Onsite/Hybrid
Status: Exempt, Non‑exempt, Hourly
Work Schedule: This position is full-time and hybrid Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with an hour break, but flexibility is available based on coverage.

As an analyst within Redwood, you will be responsible for analyzing, interpreting, and building reports from complex data sources. You will delve into unique issues within the logistics space and partner with cross‑functional teams across business, technology, and product to ideate, develop, recommend, and implement solutions.
You will be part of the pricing group, where you will analyze and recommend strategies to help navigate constantly changing markets. You will also work with stakeholders to help design and implement dashboards to enable self‑service analytics for routine questions. You will also spend part of your time exploring self‑generated topics and questions to bring new insights to our business processes.
