We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as Data Analyst (Onsite in CDMX)

Key Responsibilities

• • Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues.
• • Investigate and correct data discrepancies.
• • Perform root cause analysis for data anomalies.
• • Generate investigative reports to support business decisions.
• • Collaborate with US-based compensation administrators and other stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• Technical Skills:
  • Advanced SQL proficiency (complex queries, optimization).
  • YAML and Trix experience.
  • Familiarity with Looker dashboard usage (viewing only, not development).
• Domain Knowledge:
  • Sales domain experience is highly preferred.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new business processes.
• Soft Skills:
  • Clear and fluent communication skills for client and stakeholder interaction.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Experience:
  • 5+ years in data analysis or related roles.
  • Prior experience in troubleshooting and investigative reporting.
