Location: Hybrid / Remote • Position: Full-Time • Start Date: February 23, 2026

What You’ll Do
  • Deliver world-class customer service over the phone
  • Assist customers with travel insurance, rental car insurance, retail insurance, and medical assistance
  • Support customers with account-related inquiries and preventive outreach
  • Accurately document customer interactions, claims, and account updates
  • Build trust through a customer-first, empathetic approach
  • Handle complaints and escalations professionally
  • Navigate multiple systems while meeting quality and compliance standards
What We’re Looking For
  • English Fluency: Required
  • Customer Service Experience: Assistance, support, or call center experience preferred
  • Strong communication and de-escalation skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
  • Proficiency with computers, including MS Word and Excel
Schedule & Training
  • Service Window: Monday–Friday 8:00 am – 9:00 pm ET; Saturday–Sunday 10:00 am – 6:30 pm ET
  • Training Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday 6:30 am – 2:30 pm (Mexico City Time)
Compensation
  • Base Salary: $18,100 MXN
  • Savings Bonus: $2,353 MXN
  • Grocery Vouchers: $2,353 MXN
  • Restaurant Vouchers: $798 MXN
  • Total Monthly Compensation: $23,604 MXN
  • Annual Bonus: Up to $26,062 MXN
