For our Customer Service team, we are hiring a Customer Service Representative to support our rapidly growing business and high-performing team.

Your Role:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will develop current and future business with our customers, build new relationships, and maximize value by leveraging our capabilities and fostering stronger customer intimacy.

Activities may include, but are not limited to:

  • Managing accounts in terms of order processing, follow-up, pricing integrity, on-time deliveries, and complete order fulfillment.
  • Processing client invoices and maintaining effective relationships with clients, carriers, and customs.
  • Responding to drivers and incoming calls related to shipments.
  • Compiling and reviewing customs documentation.
  • Using system technology for accurate data entry for shipments.
  • Supporting team members with accounts and workload management, including prioritizing, organizing, and problem-solving.
  • Coordinating carrier releases by submitting required documents and freight payments.
  • Engaging in proactive selling and other commercial activities.
  • Managing a large workload of accounts, including order entry when necessary.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
  • 0-2 years of Customer Service or related experience is preferred.
  • Strong written, verbal, and telephone communication skills.
  • Good data entry, organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Understanding of computer systems such as Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes, and relevant software.
