A renowned automotive components manufacturer in Tijuana seeks a team member with strong customer service skills. The role involves managing customer interactions and requires a Bachelor's degree along with bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish. Applicants should be adept at multitasking and communication in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

  • 1-year minimum of experience.
  • Ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
  • Basic knowledge in e-mail etiquette and computer skills.

Responsibilities

Duties include:

  • Manage Large amounts of incoming calls
  • Input sales information
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
  • Follow Communications procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Guarantee ethical practices among the work team, fostering respect, tolerance, inclusion, and communication, and following up on any offense against these values that has been observed, reported to, or escalated to the position in regard to the Psychosocial Risks Prevention Policy, the Protocol to Attend Work Violence Reports and any other applicable regulation.
Location & Schedule

Location: Cuesta Blanca, Tijuana

Schedule: Monday to Friday 7:00 am – 5:00 pm

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or about to grant the grade
  • 1-year minimum of experience
  • Bilingual (English (C1 - C2) - Spanish)
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
  • Basic knowledge in e-mail etiquette, computer skills, and typing capability of at least 34-40 WPM
