Job Description

Main Objective:

Ensure quality and continuous improvement through non-conformance management (8D's, PPAP, ECR), project documentation, and audits, guaranteeing compliance with customer requirements and industry standards.

What challenges will you have?

• Ensure timely customer response and coordinate off-site containment actions for defective material, while guaranteeing technical and systemic failure analysis, and managing failure notifications in the system.
• Guaranteefailure traceability: from QMS registration, 8D's analysis, to corrective action verification
• Document, compile project information, andissuePPAP to customers.
• Reviewbudget, measurement equipment, and procedures required for new projects.
• Review and approveEngineering Change Requests (ECRs) submitted to the area.
• Collaboratein creating/updating quality documents (FMEA, Control Plan, Risk Analysis),ensuringstatistical data recording, customer failure notifications, and compliance with their specific requirements.

Qualifications

Who are we looking for?

• Previous experience in Quality Control Methods and Customer Satisfaction
• From 2 to 5years of experience in Automotive Industry
• Advanced English level (fluency speaking, written communication)

Technical Knowledge

• Experience with OEM’s requirements
• Strong knowledge on Automotive Core Tools
• Problem Solving Methodologies
