A luxury resort in Bucerias is seeking a Culinary Experiences Chef to enhance its culinary offerings. This full-time position reports to the Executive Chef and involves developing and executing innovative culinary proposals and managing kitchen operations. Candidates should have at least 2 years as a Sous Chef, experience in prestigious restaurants, and be comfortable working weekends. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is required, along with a passion for culinary excellence.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years experience as Sous Chef or Restaurant Chef.
• 3 years culinary experience in renowned restaurants/catering companies.
• Knowledge of kitchen food safety.

Responsabilidades

• Work with the Executive Chef on daily operations and culinary proposals.
• Lead Culinary Experiences at the resort.
• Assist with menu development and recipe maintenance.
• Order and receive products from vendors.
