A luxury resort in Punta de Mita is seeking a Culinary Experiences Chef to enhance the brand through exceptional culinary experiences. You will work closely with the Executive Chef, leading seasonal culinary events and innovating menu offerings. Candidates should have at least two years of experience in high-end culinary environments, alongside strong skills in kitchen management and a passion for culinary excellence. Fluency in Spanish and English is essential. This position requires flexibility, including weekends and holidays.

Formación

  • Minimum 2 years experience as Sous Chef or Restaurant Chef.
  • Minimum 3 years culinary experience in renowned established restaurants.
  • Knowledge of kitchen food safety.

Responsabilidades

  • Work with the Executive Chef in setting daily operations direction.
  • Lead Culinary Experiences around the resort, including seasonal events.
  • Assist with menu development and maintain preparation standards.
  • Develop menu items based on seasonal offerings and specifications.
  • Determine specifications and budgetary allotments for menu items.
