You will manage a CRM team, optimize multi-channel customer journeys, and analyze CRM performance. About the role We’re looking for a CRM Manager to lead the customer engagement strategy across fashion & beauty brands.

You’ll manage a team, optimize multi‑channel journeys, ensure smooth platform operation and drive data‑driven growth, retention, and engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate the CRM team, ensuring strategic execution and high‑quality deliverables.
  • Design and optimize retention, customer journeys, and omnichannel campaigns.
  • Manage CRM operations and marketing automation workflows.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize customer journeys and campaigns.
  • Analyze CRM performance & customer behavior.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, E‑commerce, Retail, Brands, and Analytics.
  • Improve CRM processes, governance, and data quality standards.
  • Manage relationships with agencies, tech partners, and external stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For
  • Solid experience in CRM, Customer Engagement, Marketing Automation or Retention.
  • 1+ year leading teams or managing talent.
  • Strong analytical mindset, strategic thinking, and commercial sensitivity.
  • Experience with CRM / CX platforms (SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, Emarsys, etc.).
  • Fluent English.
