Responsabilidades

• Responsable de la satisfacción general y la retención proactiva de clientes.
• Construye relaciones a largo plazo con los clientes para convertirse en un asesor de confianza.
• Asegura la capacitación y la incorporación efectivas de nuevos clientes.
• Mantiene una comprensión profunda de las soluciones y productos.
• Sirve como la voz del cliente (problemas, comentarios, escalación).
• Proporciona comentarios internos sobre mejoras del producto.

Responsibilidades

• Responsible for overall satisfaction and proactive retention of customers through knowledge of their core business and products.
• Builds long-term client relationships to become a trusted advisor.
• Ensures effective and efficient client training and onboarding of new customers.
• Maintains a deep understanding of solutions and products and educates customers about the most relevant features / functionality for their specific business needs.
• Serves as the voice of the customer (issues, feedback, escalation).
• Provides internal feedback on product enhancements and how to better serve customers.
