- Creating compelling content that can be distributed across multi‑channel campaigns to engage students.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supply partnership account managers with materials and assets to ensure successful activation campaigns.
- Constantly review partner communication channels to suggest iterations.
- Build reusable toolkits and playbooks to ensure partners have flexible, ready‑to‑use materials that match their needs and accelerate student activation.
- Collaborate with product and the student experience teams to improve student‑focused messaging throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Build assets partners want to distribute—not just need to.
- Keep partners stocked with plug‑and‑play templates, scripts, communication plans.
- Design modular, self‑service partner toolkits that make it easy for partners to share VI benefits.
- Develop content partnerships with career centers, faculty, influencers, societies, and job/career sites.
- Identify both digital and offline campus activation opportunities.
- Create content that students actually engage with.
- Leverage social proof to position VI as a high‑value, career‑impacting experience.
- Co‑develop punchy copy for e‑mails, landing pages, in‑product nudges with other teams.
- Track performance, double down on what works, kill what doesn’t, test again.
Why You’ll Love This Role
- You’ll have high ownership and autonomy from day one—your ideas won’t sit in a backlog.
- You’ll design and run creative, multi‑channel student marketing campaigns that reach learners globally.
- You’ll have the freedom to experiment, iterate, and move fast, with a team that values action over perfection.
- Your work will tie directly to real, measurable outcomes: student engagement, registrations, and partner success.
- You’ll build scalable growth engines, from content systems to rep programs to new activation channels.

- Both strategic and hands‑on: ideates, executes, and optimizes.
- Operates across content, partner activation, and partnership ops.
