Compensation: $18,000 - $25,000 / month

Description

We are looking for a Mexico-based Community Support Specialist with solid communication skills and experience supporting a brand’s engagement and outreach across channels and communities. The ideal candidate will execute community engagement, growth, and support programs across multiple brands around the world. The ability to work fast and efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment is essential. A passion for music is a must as is familiarity with digital audio workstations, recording techniques, and social media best practices. As a Community Support Specialist, you’ll be responsible for community engagement, moderation, and support for a passionate community of musicians around the world.

Responsibilities
  • Community engagement, moderation, and support
  • Provide technical expertise and solutions via Zendesk
  • Troubleshooting issues reported by users involving BandLab products
  • Drive BandLab digital ecosystem through feedback with the development team
  • Identifying support systems and processes to help users better help themselves
  • Support general Marketing activities and initiatives
  • Be an evangelist for BandLab around the world
  • Personally participate and engage users in the BandLab community building direct relationships with fans and influencers
Qualifications
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
  • Musician with knowledge and experience in professional music production
  • General technical understanding of BandLab products
  • Deep, well-demonstrated experience in online community building and social outreach
  • Strategic thinker with strong leadership, management, and communication skills
  • Able to make critical decisions under time constraints and a full workload
  • Able to work on weekends
  • Able to travel as needed
  • Ability to take on new roles, assignments and responsibilities as needed
  • Strong writer with positive and personable communication skills
Location and Benefits
