Reporting directly to the Global Chapter Lead of Transformation Enablement and working closely with the Head of ICC, the successful candidate will take the lead in producing compelling stories that showcase our data, digital, and technology achievements, celebrating our employees and attracting future talent. Responsibilities include detailing the communication strategy aligned with Takeda’s DD&T Communications Plan, managing brand and editorial plans across internal and external channels, creating multimedia content for external audiences, leading internal communications, and measuring the impact of communications against key metrics.
