Commercial Assistant (temp) | Location: Mexico City | On site

This position coordinate and execute all sales administration functions including entering and maintaining UpToDate projects info in the system, sampling logistics, new items / clients entering into the system, mailing, lead project review weekly meetings and expenses reports.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and execute all sales administration functions, including entering and maintaining up-to-date project information in the system, sampling logistics, new items/clients entering into the system, mailing, lead project review weekly meetings, and expenses reports.
  • Sampling tracking (pre-sales, shipping tracking) with customers: coordinate to ensure samples are delivered on time and in good condition, track shipment of products, and provide customers with status updates.
  • System updating (prices, commercial conditions, expenses): update the company's internal systems with current information related to prices, commercial conditions, and expenses to ensure accurate and up-to-date information for decision‑making.
  • Close and collaborative communication with work teams and customers: maintain open and effective communication with work teams and customers, listen to feedback, address concerns, and work collaboratively to resolve issues.
  • Price management.
