Formación

  • 5+ years' experience in recruitment, ideally within an agency or RPO model.
  • Proven record hiring across IT and digital roles.
  • Experience working with KPIs and SLA-driven environments.

Overview

Senior IT Recruiter

We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Recruiter to join our global team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality recruitment solutions to international clients, focusing on sourcing and hiring top IT and digital talent across multiple regions.

Responsibilities
  • You will manage the full recruitment cycle, partner with account managers, and ensure service excellence through KPI-driven performance.
  • Key responsibilities include managing pipelines of IT and digital talent (Software Engineering, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Data, DevOps, etc.), delivering recruitment outcomes aligned to KPIs such as Time to Fill, Time to Hire, Candidate Submissions & Submit-to-Interview Ratio, Offer Acceptance Rate, Requisitions Filled vs. Target, and Onboarding Candidates / Offers Confirmed.
Qualifications

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field, 5+ years\' experience in recruitment, ideally within an agency or RPO model, proven record hiring across IT and digital roles, experience working with KPIs and SLA-driven environments, strong stakeholder management and client-facing skills, and fluency in English.
