The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree and 1 year of logistics experience or 3 years in the industry. Bilingual in English and Spanish is required, coupled with strong communication and problem-solving skills. This role offers a full-time position with benefits and a salary of $18,000 MXN per month plus bonuses.

Carrier Analyst

Location: Monterrey, NL
Job Type: Full-time (with full benefits)
Salary: $18,000 MXN per month + bonuses
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Availability: Two Saturday shifts per month

Position Summary

As a Carrier Analyst, you will be responsible for coordinating pick-ups, deliveries, and shipment tracking with carriers and co-workers. You will ensure timely and efficient freight movement while maintaining accurate records in internal systems to reflect shipment status.

Main Responsibilities
  • Source carrier capacity through internal and external networks to meet customers’ freight needs.
  • Coordinate transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments.
  • Work directly with carriers to ensure on-time pick-ups and deliveries.
  • Track shipments and ensure all movements occur as scheduled.
  • Manage customer expectations through effective communication and performance metrics.
  • Review the brokerage planning board and follow up on active loads.
  • Ensure that service quality meets company standards.
  • Communicate shipment updates to Customer Service Representatives (CSR) teams.

  • Perform additional related activities or projects as assigned.

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.

  • Proficient in computer use and logistics-related software.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience: Bachelor’s degree + 1 year of logistics experience OR 3 years of comparable experience in the logistics/transportation industry.
