The role involves collaboration with various departments to ensure effective communication regarding Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs). Ideal candidates will have a bachelor's degree in Engineering, bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, and a desire to engage in quality system improvement. Formación

• Bilingual - English 80%, Spanish 100%.
• Experience in Corrective and Preventive action preferred.
• 0-3 years’ experience in Quality System.

Responsabilidades

• Support users on the CAPA electronic system.

• Review tasks in the CAPA system and update records.
• Prepare reports on CAPA status.
• Participate in internal and external audits.

Job Description

Functions and Responsibilities

• Provide support to users on the proper use of the CAPA electronic system.
• Collaborate with departments to communicate the status of CAPAs to all areas and management.
• Review completed tasks in the CAPA system, download reports from Trackwise and update electronic records accordingly.
• Notify task owners and assigners of upcoming due dates and request extensions when needed, following internal procedures.
• Prepare systematic reports on the status of CAPAs for various purposes.
• Participate in activities related to internal and external audits.
• Report discrepancies or issues in CAPA documentation to the CAPA Leader for correction.
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor, aligned with business priorities and strategic needs.

Education And Experience

• Finished bachelor’s degree, in the Engineering area preferably.
• Bilingual - English 80%, Spanish 100%
• Experience Corrective and Preventive action preferably.
• Minimum: 0-3 years’ experience in Quality System to support role of QA/QC areas.
• Internal Audits desirable
