Estamos en búsqueda de un Agente de Ventas para Call Center para nuestro socio comercial dedicado a llamadas Outbound e Inbound.
We're looking for: Outbound Calls.
- Practice active listening skills
- Customize sales pitches and presentations to resonate with the specific interests and concerns of each prospect as an ice‑breaker
- Meet or exceed daily call quotas.
- Implement effective questioning to uncover hidden objections and address them proactively during the sales conversation.
- Offer a survey at the end of each call.
Prospecting and Lead Generation.
- Proactively seek out potential clients to build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads to create a personal portfolio.
- Identify and qualify leads through research, networking, and targeted outreach efforts.
Sales Closing Process.
- Close sales by effectively presenting product benefits, addressing customer concerns, and negotiating terms.
- Complete all the required paperwork to close the sales process.
Prospect Follow‑up.
- Develop personalized follow‑up strategies based on the specific needs and preferences of each prospect.
Persuasion and Negotiation.
- Build trust and rapport with clients through authenticity and empathy.
- Highlight the unique selling points and benefits of our products, focusing on how they can add value to the client’s business or life.
- Anticipate objections and prepare persuasive rebuttals to address concerns and objections effectively.
- Offer flexible pricing options or customized solutions to meet the specific needs and budget constraints of clients.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as product managers and other teams to gather additional resources or insights to support negotiation efforts.
What you need.
- High School Diploma.
- Proven experience in sales, with at least 3 years in similar roles.
- Extensive experience in cold‑calling.
- Excelent English skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
