The Opportunity

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Recommend and support supplier identification and qualification processes.
• Assist in negotiating agreements and updating terms and conditions.
• Adapt corporate contractual frameworks to meet local business needs.
• Analyze and evaluate bids to determine optimal value.
• Support bid and proposal teams with market insights.
• Track goods received and ensure accurate invoice processing.
• Monitor supplier performance and recommend solutions for improvement.
• Initiate and manage supply orders, aligning with customer requirements.
• Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in direct purchasing or procurement.
• Knowledge of procurement processes and SAP systems.
• Intermediate English proficiency; Portuguese is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and other computer tools; presentation skills are a plus.
