About The Job.

Butlers are expected to have an elegant and neat appearance according our Resort high grooming standards. A warm and genuine smile, which shows a personal interest in each guest and a genuine desire to be of service at any time. The Butler is also expected to have a critical eye for detail regarding cleanliness and hygiene whether in the rooms, work area or around the hotel. The Butlers serve as a liaison between the hotel and the guest. They oversee all guest needs during their stay and assist guests with: Reservations, special events, customizing the mini bar, providing room orientation upon arrival, unpacking and packing their bags, Know and anticipate guest preferences. The expectation is that the butler will go beyond service to create extra-special moments for guests.

About You

• Bachelor degree in Tourism or administration
• Experience 2 years in same position as a minimum
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Specific Knowledge: Food and Beverages, public relations, resort areas and rooms
• Basic Knowledge: Opera, bar services and computer systems
