A leading automotive company located in Mexico City is seeking a District Sales Manager. The successful candidate will act as a liaison with dealerships, ensuring sales and service objectives are met while managing customer satisfaction. Key qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Business, 3+ years of dealer experience, and proficiency in English. The role requires significant travel and offers a hybrid working model, emphasizing a commitment to diversity and inclusion.

Formación

Responsabilidades

  • Act as a liaison between GM, dealerships, and IAM stores.
  • Facilitate mentoring and consulting to meet sales objectives.
  • Track dealership Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI).
  • Assist in product launches for marketing coordination.
  • Build and manage relationships with dealers.
  • Monitor personnel training compliance with GM requirements.
  • Assist with inventory management of vehicles and parts.
  • Analyze dealer sales and local market competition.
  • Increase sales of GM vehicles and parts.
  • Assist in customer problem resolution.

Activities
  • Act as a liaison between GM, it's dealerships, or IAM stores
  • Facilitating mentoring and consulting to ensure monthly / yearly sales and service objectives are met
  • Track dealership Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) or other customer feedback resources to identify and address deficiencies or opportunities
  • Assist in product launches to ensure streamlined marketing and advertising between dealer, IAMs and GM
  • Build and manage relationships
  • Monitor personnel training and ensure compliance with GM requirements/objectives
  • Assist with inventory management, including vehicle and or parts ordering and inventory balancing
  • Analyze dealer sales, local market, and competition to identify revenue opportunities
  • Increase sales of GM vehicles and parts to its customers
  • Assist in customer problem resolution
  • Performs other related duties as assigned

This position requires the ability to legally operate a motor vehicle on a regular basis. A company Vehicle will be provided for this role with successful completion of a Motor Vehicle Report review.

This means the selected candidate is expected to report to a specific location at least 3 times a week {or other frequency dictated by their manager}. Any relocation costs would be the responsibility of the selected candidate.
