PepsiCo’s Digital Planning Transformation program is a global initiative designed to revolutionize our planning and reporting capabilities. Our goal is to unify all Operating Units (OUs) on a single, standardized planning platform—Cockpit—to enable real-time decision support, eliminate manual processes (Excel, PPT, PDF), and deliver an agile, user-friendly performance management tool.
Cockpit, PepsiCo’s digital performance reporting platform, serves over 7,000 users and generates 175,000 views per month, driving insights and efficiency across the organization.
This role operates within a fast-paced, high-autonomy environment that encourages experimentation, continuous learning, and close collaboration with data engineers and developers as part of PepsiCo’s global digital transformation.

As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in shaping PepsiCo’s digital reporting ecosystem. You will partner with global sectors and functions to gather requirements, design and develop dashboards, and continuously enhance the Cockpit platform. This role is critical to delivering a common performance reporting solution that empowers leadership teams to identify trends, analyze performance, and take action.
