In this role, you will engage with prospects to turn curiosity about AI into qualified opportunities, hitting targets for sales-accepted leads. The ideal candidate has 1-3 years of relevant experience, is organized, and possesses a curiosity about AI technologies. But none of that happens until someone starts the dialogue.

As the first voice prospects hear from TaskUs, you’ll turn curiosity about safe AI into qualified opportunities—whether they come knocking or you find them yourself.

The impact you’ll make
  • Fill the funnel.
  • Consistently hit monthly targets for sales‑accepted leads (SALs) and first meetings booked.
  • Create balance—convert inbound interest quickly and run focused outbound plays when the pipeline needs a boost.
  • Inform the roadmap—surface prospect pains and trends to Marketing, Product and Solutions so we keep building what the market actually needs.
  • Raise the bar for safety—help more labs and AI‑enabled enterprises discover best‑in‑class services like evals, red‑teaming and drift‑monitoring services.
What you’ll do
  • Qualify inbound leads using discovery questions that tease out technical scope, risk drivers and buying timelines.
  • Book the first meeting—secure calendar time for Account Executives and Solutions Engineers; prep them with detailed call notes and prospect context.
  • Stay sharp—track daily AI‑safety headlines, regulations and tooling updates; translate buzz into relevant talking points.
  • Keep the CRM clean—log activity, enrich accounts and report on conversion so GTM leadership can forecast with confidence.
Experiences you’ll bring
  • 1–3 years of professional work (any field) that proves reliability—sales, support, operations, retail, hospitality or military service all count.
  • Comfort juggling multiple tasks, hitting deadlines and using productivity tools (Google Workspace, basic CRM etc).
  • Customer or client‑facing exposure where you listened, probed and solved problems.

  • Curiosity about AI—you read release notes for fun and can’t wait to play with the newest tools and models.
  • Energetic outreach—high activity without the spam; you believe relevance beats volume.
  • Active listening & clear writing—extract nuance on calls and craft crisp follow‑ups.
  • Growth mindset—hungry for feedback, coaching and rapid skill‑up toward an AE track.
  • Organized operator—you live by task lists, dashboards and well‑named Salesforce fields.
