- to bring Innovation to Softline's interface.

What you’ll do
As a business development manager, you'll identify new business opportunities to generate revenue, improve profitability and help the business grow.
Your work can involve careful strategic planning and positioning in the appropriate markets, or enhancing the operation of the business, position, or reputation in some way.
You may have a single role in the organization or lead a team of staff.
Your work will often reach across all areas of the business.

- Support in the accomplishes for each subsidiary objective according to the targets and plans for Managed Services Offer.
- Develops activities at local level, joining different commercial and marketing Softline areas to ensure positioning of the offering.
- Participates in the definition of the strategy, by analyzing: Softline position in the country and level of services to maximize the creation of a feasible business plan and with a guaranteed growth of mutual benefit.
- Developing coordination actions between you and Softline latam that guarantee definition of a training plan for the commercial and presales staff, based on the different strategies for each Softline subsidiary.
- Participates in the sales and presales commercial processes in aspects related to positioning of the MSP offer, in business meetings, assisting in the creation and improvement of GTM and supporting the closing of business opportunities to achieve the planned results in terms of sales and margin volume.
- Search and estimate the best price of the offer that the customers requires and that Softline can provide.
- In the case of the offer, it will be your responsibility to carry out this analysis together with the AM / SS and MSP Team.
- Preparing and deliver strategic presentations to customers and Internal.
- Planning, carryout and support local marketing activities.
- Developing collateral materials (One pager, Sales Guides) necessary for GTM.
- Stays updated studying the new offers the GDC will be releasing to ensure the presales skills needed for performing the position in accordance with the guidelines set forth by the company.
- Develops presentations to Microsoft / Google to promote sales and increase revenues.
- Provide input to GDC team from latam market to keep updated the offer according the market needs
- Ensure account planning execution with each country.
- Assessing the sales plan together with AMs / SSs, providing the scope of the proposal, creating the commercial proposal document template for customers, and support each subsidiary the sale until technical approval is granted and the sale is closed, in accordance with commercial plans.

Technical Skills & Qualifications
- Certifications: Any Cloud.
- Bachelor's Degree in IT, Business or related field.
