Team Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Lead that will manage a team of commercial leaders and develop strong relationships with key clients in the food and beverage industry. This will be a key position as a leader of leaders, engaging with Ops team to create commercial strategies and achieve exceptional growth.

Role Responsibilities
  • Leading a successful team of Business Development Managers to deliver exceptional performance results and customer service that exceeds expectations.
  • Enabling operational teams (Business Developers) to achieve the highest standards in execution and to develop and maintain strong business relationships with top customers.
  • Co‑developing commercial propositions for different types of customers, based on deep business insights.
  • Understanding consumer behavior to gain insights and translating them into actionable plans.
  • Ensuring the successful execution of commercial plans.
Role Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in the commercial area with solid experience in key account management and/or consultative selling.
  • At least 5 years of experience managing teams (manager of managers).
  • Strategic and Data‑Driven thinking.
  • Able to bring solutions to complex problems.
  • Fluent in English.
