Candidates should have at least a Bachelor’s degree and up to 5 years of experience in medical device manufacturing, along with a strong commitment to quality and teamwork. The role emphasizes strategic alignment and cost management in production processes.

Formación

• Experience in medical device manufacturing up to 5 years.
• Experience in Production metrics (Yield, productivity, scrap, etc.).

Responsabilidades

• Follow all safety and quality product guidelines.
• Set clear goals and priorities for the Production group.
• Regularly report the results of activities to Management.
• Manage activities to implement and meet the Master Production Schedule requirements.
• Maintain production costs and expenditures to meet budget.
