We are looking for a Maintenance Virtual Assistant to join our growing team.

As a Maintenance Virtual Assistant Professional, your role will contribute to the success of the business by providing the utmost customer support and experience to our valued clients.

Responsibilities

• Must be knowledgeable or at least familiar with the most common tenant repairs such as active water leaks, No A/C or Heat, Refrigerator not cooling, no hot water, etc.
• You will be the primary point of contact for non-emergency and emergency repair requests
• You will provide virtual support on various items including maintenance and emergency requests
• You will also be working as a virtual receptionist by redirecting various caller types (tenants, applicants, vendors, etc) to the appropriate POC/department depending on the caller's inquiry
• Answer Main Line and Emergency Repair calls
