A consultancy firm in Veracruz is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide critical support to leadership by managing meetings, calendars, and travel logistics. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills and effective communication abilities, essential for coordinating both virtual and in-person events. This full-time role offers a salary range of MXN $19 – $25 monthly based on experience, and fosters a positive and autonomous workplace culture.

As an Executive Assistant on our Managed Services team, you will provide critical support to leadership by coordinating virtual and in-person meetings, managing calendars, handling travel arrangements, and overseeing team events such as conferences, seminars, and interviews.

You will serve as a central communication hub, ensuring leadership delivers impactful and concise messages to both the team and clients.

The Executive Assistant is responsible for enabling leadership efficiency, maintaining organized workflows, and supporting operational and client-focused activities.

This role requires strong organization, communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate virtual and in-person meetings for leadership.
  • Manage shifting calendars and travel arrangements.
  • Draft, edit, and manage executive and client communications.
  • Monitor employees' start times, productivity, and workflow efficiency.
  • Assist with creating and editing social media content, presentations, and videos.
  • Maintain accurate administrative records, reports, and performance data.
  • Serve as a central point of communication for the Managed Services team.

About You

Experienced Executive Assistant with at least 1 year supporting leadership teams.

Strong organizer able to manage multiple calendars and travel logistics.

Eloquent communicator, capable of interacting with all levels of leadership.

Skilled in drafting and editing executive documents and client communications.

Capable of coordinating both virtual and in-office events and interviews.

Passionate about making a positive impact as a central team member.

Able to work from our Mexico City office, typically Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Compensation

Salary range : MXN $19 – $25, per month, based on experience, skills, and certifications.
