A leading global stainless steel manufacturer is seeking a fully bilingual Communications Advisor to join their team in San Luis Potosi. This role involves developing communication strategies, creating high-quality materials for internal and external audiences, and supporting leadership communication initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a degree in Communications or related fields, along with experience in manufacturing or public relations. Proficiency in both English and Spanish is essential. Formación

• Must be able to work in office at least three (3) days out of the work week.
• Attend evening or weekend events, as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and deliver communication plans aligned with Outokumpu’s strategy.
• Create high-quality communications materials for various platforms.
• Manage public-facing content and media inquiries.
• Support leadership communication in townhalls and presentations.
• Plan and execute internal and external events.

Conocimientos

Proficiency in English language – oral and written

Event planning/project management

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Experience in a manufacturing company or public relations/advertising agency

Educación

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing or similar
