A leading company in benefits management is seeking a Benefits Specialist in Querétaro, Mexico. This position demands delivering exceptional customer service, guiding employees through benefit options, and documenting inquiries efficiently. Candidates should have a high school degree and 2-4 years of experience in a call center environment, preferably in health and welfare benefits. The successful candidate will join a fast-paced team to resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and attention to detail.

Formación

  • 2-4 years of experience as a customer service representative in a call center environment.
  • 1-2 years of experience in health and welfare, retirement, life insurance, and disability benefits is preferred.
  • Ability to deliver high-quality customer service in a professional manner.

Responsabilidades

  • Assist U.S. customers in understanding their benefit plans.
  • Support customers by problem-solving their inquiries.
  • Guide participants through the enrollment process.
  • Document all inquiries in the case management tool.
  • Conduct ongoing review for continuous improvement.
