A leading staffing agency in Ciudad de México is seeking a highly skilled Personal Assistant to manage executive calendars and business travel arrangements. Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years of experience in multinational companies, exceptional organizational skills, and a strong command of English. Responsibilities include event planning, preparation of meeting minutes, and management of confidential information, ensuring a high level of professionalism throughout.

Formación

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working in multinational companies with international communication.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working in the financial sector.
  • At least 5 years of experience managing executive calendars, events, and executive-level presentations.

Responsabilidades

  • Manage executive calendars and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Plan and coordinate events including business travel arrangements.

Personal Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled Personal Assistant to ensure effective time optimization, seamless agenda coordination, smooth communication across multiple business areas, and timely execution of strategic activities. The Personal Assistant will act as a key partner in facilitating decision‑making and supporting the achievement of corporate objectives, while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Executive calendar management.
  • Preparation of meeting minutes.
  • Follow‑up on open action items with multiple business areas.
  • Event planning and coordination.
  • Management of business travel arrangements and travel expense reports.
  • Handling of highly confidential information.
  • Creation of business reports and consolidation of company information.
  • Development of executive presentations in PowerPoint.
  • Use of ERP systems for requisition creation (SAP preferred).
  • Organization, documentation, and minute‑taking for local and regional board meetings.
  • Follow‑up on local and regional pending matters.
  • Coordination of executive security personnel
Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Administration, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working in multinational companies with international communication.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working in the financial sector.
  • At least 5 years of experience managing executive calendars, events, and executive‑level presentations.
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
  • Advanced English level (mandatory).
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proactive mindset.
  • Formal business attire.
Working Hours
  • Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
