In this full-time position based in Mexico, you will oversee multi-country payroll operations, ensuring compliance and leading transformation initiatives. Ideal candidates will have several years of experience in international payroll management, a strong understanding of payroll systems, and excellent analytical and communication skills. You will partner with Finance and HR, manage vendor relationships, and lead regional teams.
