Overview

We're looking for a strategic Network Planning Analyst to join our team.

This role is responsible for developing and optimizing Viva's commercial network of routes, working closely with commercial and operational departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop business cases for new routes that fit with the company strategy
• Match route capacity with fleet growth while maintaining high aircraft utilization
• Analyze passenger numbers and unit revenues using data from airports and other sources

Network planning analysts work under pressure to meet tight timelines.

Desired Qualifications

• At least 3-5 years experience in revenue management or strategy within leading airlines
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and presentation tools
• Fluent in English and Spanish; strong verbal and written communication
