A leading insurance company in Monterrey is seeking a Project Manager to join their Personal Risk Services team. The role involves managing technical projects, coaching teams on agile methodologies, and ensuring successful project delivery within budget and timelines. The ideal candidate has at least 10 years of IT project management experience, preferably in the insurance sector, and a strong technical background. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to major modernization initiatives.
By joining our Personal Risk Services (PRS) team as a Project Manager, you’ll play a key role in a high-visibility, large-scale initiative focused on modernizing a key policy administration system for our personal lines business. You’ll leverage your deep technical and agile project management expertise to build relationships across business and technical teams as they develop and enhance a growing product line for boats/yachts. You’ll coach the team with your agile knowledge, guide the agile ceremonies, develop and manage financials and related metrics for your projects, tapping into your organizational and technical expertise to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. You’ll have the opportunity to bring your ideas to the table, improving processes to meet the needs of our business partners.
