A leading social media platform is looking for an Agency Growth Manager in Mexico City. In this role, you will design and implement strategies to recruit and support agencies, enhance their performance, and educate them on monetization strategies. Strong organizational skills and a passion for growth in the livestreaming industry are essential for success in this position.

Team Introduction

The livestream industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become the next growth driver for TikTok global business. It also brings great joy to users globally and it creates a new channel for our creators to show themselves.

Responsibilities

Creators are at the center of our operations. Through professional agencies and MCNs in the content business, especially those that specialize in livestreaming, we are building scale and democratization of the livestreaming business. In this role of Agency Growth Manager, you will carry out two main sets of responsibilities that will drive business growth in a sustainable way:

  1. Agency Management
    • Design TikTok LIVE Latam's agency growth strategy for recruiting, retaining, and helping agencies scale up in their business on the platform.
    • Design agency's benefit system and growth program to incentivize better performance and sustainable revenue growth.
    • Conduct day-to-day management directly with agency managers and their creators to materialize and iterate the strategic programs to deliver business results. Provide additional support to agencies and their creators for the needs related to content and platform guidelines.
    • Build LIVE showcases with successful agencies and increase the positive impact of working with the platform in the agency community.
    • Collaborate with internal and cross-functional teams to carry out in-app and out-of-app campaigns and drive participation and results from agency creators.
    • Monitor results metrics for agency growth and performance, and conduct regular analysis to generate operational insights for improvement.
  2. Agency Education and Capacity Building
    • Design LIVE's agency empowerment program with practical tips and know-how about how to scale up agency's operation and revenue potential with a focus on agency professionalization.
    • Facilitate business and industry knowledge transfer from top agencies to emerging agencies, learn from global best practices and localize the expertise to educate local agencies on how to scale.
    • Share the platform know-how on content tips and trends to agencies to improve their creators' LIVE performance and revenue generation.
    • Conduct training to agencies for the above mentioned topics, leveraging different tools and social platforms.
