A leading engine manufacturer is looking for an after-sales service manager in Mexico City to oversee service center operations and enhance customer satisfaction. This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Mechanic, along with at least 5 years of experience in the Diesel Engine market. Fluency in English and Spanish is essential, alongside proven skills in channel development and customer service. Competitive candidates will possess excellent communication and planning abilities.

As the largest engine manufacturer in China, Weichai Group is looking for an efficient after‑sales service manager responsible for engine service and channel development. The position will be mainly responsible for MEXICO Area market, but also for the Central America market, planning and implementing all directive activities for Weichai engine after‑sales service activities.

Responsibilities
  • Manages all operations of service center including service staff and supervisors;
  • Resolves most complex business problems for those on the team;
  • Leads continuous improvement activities by reviewing, changing, and improving processes in line with changing customer expectations goals;
  • Responsible for the construction and optimization of local services and accessories network;
  • Responsible for maintaining relationship with main customer and improving customer satisfaction;
  • Responsible for researching competitive products in local market;
  • Responsible for the failure analysis and recommendations for product improvement:
  • Assists the company to complete the important projects in the local;
  • Assists with the transfer of knowledge; coaches and mentors less experienced technicians and engineers;
  • Investigate potential partners in the local market and select high quality service stations or accessory agents, and report to the branch office director. Assess the operation status of existing local service stations and assist the director to promote the construction of boutique service stations;
  • Assist the director to make service management regulations for the main customer;
  • Assist the director gather valued market information (for example, the competitive products information, service policy, etc.) and assist the director make or update service policy according to the information;
  • Perform failure analysis on major or batch failures, propose improvement suggestion and report to the branch office director;
  • Provide necessary technical support for the local service station to solve knotty problems;
  • Report the accomplished and processed work every week;
  • Assist the company to complete the important Project;
  • Performs other related tasks as may be assigned.
