A healthcare organization based in Mérida, Yucatán is seeking an Administrative Assistant / Virtual Assistant to support the team with various administrative tasks. The role requires 1-2 years of relevant experience, strong organizational skills, and intermediate proficiency in Excel. The successful candidate will maintain metrics, prepare reports, and coordinate meetings, contributing to an efficient operational workflow. The competitive salary for this position ranges from $16,000 to $18,000 a month.

Formación

Responsabilidades

  • Prepare and send departmental emails to inform the team.
  • Maintain weekly metrics within the TA KPI system.
  • Track weekly metrics for recruiters and onboarding coordinators.
  • Conduct ATS audits for data accuracy.
  • Prepare metrics templates in advance of reporting cycles.
  • Prepare TA dashboards for leadership meetings.
  • Provide ad-hoc reporting as needed.
  • Coordinate 1:1 meetings between managers and direct reports.

Conocimientos

  • Prepare and send departmental emails throughout the week to keep the team informed of hiring progress.
  • Maintain weekly branch metrics within the TA KPI system.
  • Track assigned weekly metrics for each recruiter and onboarding coordinator and document them in the KPI tracker.
  • Conduct weekly ATS audits to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
  • Prepare next-week metrics templates in advance of new reporting cycles.
  • Prepare TA dashboards for leadership meetings.
  • Provide ad-hoc reporting as needed.
  • Coordinate 1:1 meetings between managers and their direct reports.
Skills
  • 1–2 years of experience as an administrative assistant or similar role.
  • Intermediate Excel proficiency required (significant data entry involved). The client is open to providing additional trainingli>
